Livin’ created a teleporter to promote Amtrak’s two new Guest Rewards cards with Bank of America. To enter the teleporter participants touched a tablet panel on the side to activate the experience. Inside the teleporter structure blasts of air, flashing lights, and videos simulated a the experience. The videos simulated the experience of looking out the window while taking a train ride. Participants were transported to Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Boston, or Los Angeles with matching scenery per destination. Participants were awarded a prize depending on where they arrived. The experience was featured in Penn Station’s Amtrak rotunda.
